Please support Graham Hart of Bramford Road Methodist in Ipswich, who is seeking sponsorship for his challenging plan to raise funds for MRDF by following Alfred Wainwright's seven volume ‘Pictorial Guide to the Lakeland Fells’ (published 1955 - 1966), and ascending 214 hills and mountains in the English Lake District.
Sponsorship can be by the mile or the mountain. If sponsored approx £300 per summit then Graham will help raise a UK wide target of £60,000.
This could be raised through donations, a plant sale, coffee morning, garden party or similar fund raising events.
Graham will start his challenge in April 2011 and plans to complete it by October, so there is plenty of time to raise funds.
