Female Project Worker
The Cre8 Youth and Community Programme
Cre8 is looking for a female project worker, to live and work in an intentional Christian community on a challenging estate in Macclesfield. Cre8 is a well established, full-time programme and you will be part of a team of professional workers. This is a demanding role for someone wishing to work with marginalised young women and their families, and you will find deep fulfilment in helping young people to strive to realise their potential.
The role includes
Outreach work with young women who are reluctant to engage with statutory organizations Specialised group work, one-to-one mentoring and education and residentials
Salary £17 - £21,000 depending on qualifications and experience
