Wythenshawe Oasis was created by the five Methodist Churches in Wythenshawe to make a serious long-term contribution towards the social and spiritual regeneration of the people. It is successfully achieving this through what it calls project ministries by partner organisations and their project activities. Examples of the projects include a gym, an ex-catalogue clothing shop, CPM school of dance, car valeting, hairdressers, a Healthy living programme including Holistic Therapies, Tapestry & embroidery, computer courses, along with strategic partnerships such as Signpost and NAS (National Autistic Society)
