MHA is proud to be the UK’s largest charity care provider and we are dedicated to enabling older people to live later life well.

Through specialist care homes, thriving retirement living and vibrant community groups and befriending, we inspire the best care and wellbeing at every stage of later life.

With nearly 80 years’ experience we put people at the heart of everything we do in all our homes, schemes and community services across Britain.

In the Manchester & Stockport District there are:

There are many ways in which we can support you and you can support us.

We have free resources to share about worship, dementia and pastoral care. We can help you run a workshop on leading worship for people living with dementia or how to talk about death and dying. We have a variety of online resources or face to face activities and support at our MHA Communities scheme based in Macclesfield.

You can support us through prayer or joining our campaign to #FixCareForAll. You could become a volunteer, either at one of our homes or schemes or as a telephone befriender from the comfort of your own living room. You could become a Circuit Rep or organise a fundraising event.
