The Circuit is made up of 12 churches (2 of which are Local Ecumenical Partnerships) mainly based in council estate and suburban settings (1 is in a village).

We give thanks for:

the ministry and mission at St. Mary`s Handforth over the last 150 years;

the Dementia Cafés at Wilmslow and St. Mary`s;

the Thrift Shop and Coffee Shop at Bramhall and Mo’s Cabin at Brownley Green and the connections which they make with the wider community;

the responses that the churches are making in partnership with others to incoming Ukrainian refugees.

We ask your prayers for:

those in our communities who are struggling with financial pressures as the cost of living rises, for the work of Foodbanks and Community Grocers across the Circuit, and the CAP Debt Centre in Wythenshawe;

Revd Ian Smart and Karen, his wife, during their first year in the Circuit;

the Alpha course at Bramhall beginning in September;

‘new places for new people’ initiatives, including those at Brownley Green and Cheadle Hulme (‘the gathering’).
